		A Warm Personal Welcome The Clark Family welcome you to our small family farm in a quiet, but convenient position, offering separate accommodation in our converted barn. All bedrooms en-suite and at ground level looking into a central courtyard, with cable TV, internet connection, tea trays and access to the separate dining room serving traditional English breakfast. Guest accommodation also includes use of jacuzzi and sauna area. All rooms have colour cable TV, internet connections, telephone, hospitality tray, hairdryer, radio/alarms and central heating. All rooms have private access and parking. Each room has bathrobes and slippers for Clients use during their stay. more>> Facilities Other activities we can offer on the farm and surrounding areas are clay pigeon shooting, carriage driving, 4 public golf courses and we can also advise on all nearby sports facilities, local horse riding establishments and shopping centres together with interesting day outings for both the individual and families. more>> Weddings North Hill Farm is a perfect countryside venue for a wedding. The farm overlooks the incredibly beautiful Chess Valley, where a wedding reception can be accommodated. more>>	Where are we? Single Occupancy - £65.00 inclusive of VAT Family Room - Ł125.00 inclusive of VAT. Jacuzzi - This must be pre-booked with us at least 12 hours prior to you commencing your stay. We will require your card details to secure your booking though no payment will be taken up front. Important note: As we have a 48 hours cancellation policy ,should your booking be cancelled less than 48 hours from your checking in time we will debit your card with 30% of the total of 1 night’s stay.
